The incubation period ranges from 2–21 days, although it is generally 5–18 days,although Bundibugyo ebolavirus may be more than twice as long at 42 days. Illness is characterized by the rapid onset of fever, malaise, muscle pain, headache, and the inflammation of the pharynx. Six days following vomiting and bloody diarrhea, individuals may develop maculopapular rash with bleeding at needle sites and bodily orifices.
Treatment
There is no standard treatment for Ebola hemorrhagic fever. Treatment is primarily supportive and includes minimizing invasive procedures, balancing electrolytes, and, since patients are frequently dehydrated, replacing lost coagulation factors to help stop bleeding, maintaining oxygen and blood levels, and treating any complicating infections.
Prognosis
Ebola hemorrhagic fever is potentially lethal and encompasses a range of symptoms including fever, vomiting, diarrhea, generalized pain or malaise, and sometimes internal and external bleeding. The span of time from onset of symptoms to death is usually between 2 and 21 days. By the second week of infection, patients will either defervesce (the fever will lessen) or undergo systemic multi-organ failure. Mortality rates are typically high, with the human case-fatality rate ranging from 50–89%, depending on the species or viral strain.The cause of death is usually due to hypovolemic shock or organ failure.

Answer: The only thing I can imagine you are referring to is this: http://www.pnas.org/cgi/content/full/105/4/1129 , where scientists made immortal cell lines specifically for studying ebola, not using ebola.
As I am sure you know, ebola is a pretty intense virus and you need very high biosaftely level facilities to study it (there are only a couple in the world). Since there are so few places equipped to do such research, progress on ebola was very slow. To combat this problem, the authors of the above paper created a new version of ebola that is not pathogenic and thus can be studied in normal laboratories.
The way this was done was by removing a protein from the ebola genome that is required for its replication. Thus, if a cell is infected with this type of ebola, nothing will happen because it does not have the components necessary to replicate itself. Where the cell line comes in is that the researchers created an immortal cell line that contains the exact protein that the manipulated ebola strain lacks. Thus, when ebola infects these cells it will behave normally. Ebola infects these and only these special cells because they have been engineered to contain the missing protein. No cell in any normal living organism contains this protein and thus it cannot infect people which is what makes it safe. Metaphorically, normal ebola has both lock and key to infection whereas the engineered ebola only has the lock but not key and the cell line has the key where normal cells do not. Thus, only when the cell line and the mutant ebola are put together will there be lock and key.

Answer: as mentioned above, cdc.gov is a great site, try searching for the WHO (world health organization) as well, they have a lot of good information. Keep your search to REPUTABLE sites. Wikipedia won't do you much good here, citations from journal articles are good too, webmd often lists specific citations.
Don't ask people to do your research FOR you though, and take information presented on a forum uncited or just copied and pasted from a website with a grain of salt.
