The tail twisting has started the moment his campaign for a fool proof statute to curb corruption at high level started. Popular columnists started calling the Gandian movement as undemocratic pressures on elected govt by private interests! The generic comment on development oriented governance in states ruled by opposition, under effecient CMs, sparked a controversy, totally unconnected to the context!
The inclusion of eminent lawyer duo, the Bhushans, invited pervert comments linking to party affliations by the Gandhian! Now, the CD issue linking the lawyers in the committee is on the cards. The poor Hazare has to respond to all the tail twisting tactics of Congress supporters!

Answer: '' VINASH KALE VIPRIT BUDHI " ....is quite often used to describe people who commit obvious blunders in the face of adverse situations.
Politicians,in general, more particularly Congress have failed to cognize the fast emerging public perception on transparently too obvious, corruption conduct in governance. Consequent to the string of scams. congress under Mr Clean Sh. Man Mohan Singh & Mrs Sonia Gandhi has suffered serious loss of Credibility. Mr Anna Hazzare has reached out to fill that gap & provide fresh hope to the exasperated feelings of hopelessness that engulfed the psyche of the youth & average educated citizen.
Till now, he has only asked the government to legislate an effective LokPal legislation. Is it fair on the part of the ruling party to throw tantrums like of from Mr Sibal ( who is relatively tongue tied at present , may be working harder inside ) , Mr Digvijay ( kind of a malicious aired channel freely used by the high-command ) & Mr Amar Singh ( A morally misfit person) desperately seeking blessings from the Madame, to name only a few. Actually,there is a whole lot of people working round the clock busy scanning any one close to Anna for the purpose to derail the movement somehow.
Let me give you all & others like you a bit of advice ....Instead of working like hired Goons pay real attention to the business of your respective careers ...you may be Daily Editor, Media Manager or practising lawyer or in Politics .
A party like Congress Or BJP have actually an opportunity, which they have failed to take cognizance of, in this hour of political challenge that is emerging in the form of Anna Hazare's movement. Let me tell them, It is high time ....Go ahead & make this predicament a success story.
Hats off to Mr Anna Hazare for his cool deft handling the attack on his colleagues. Let no one entertain any doubts.... the man is 100% determined & deftly above board.
Every one needs to cheer up...it is time to cast away the cynicism......There is a lot bigger reservoir of moral values still available in this great Nation.

Answer: Though the efforts of some genuine social workers to improve the law & order situation, to eradicate corruption are honest, their efforts are going futile before powerful lobby of corrupt bureaucrats and politicians. Even our judiciary is not free of corruption. Therefore, question arises who will take action against culprits? It is possible only if people from all section begin a national movement against white collared offenders. The corruption in our country is dangerous to terrorism. It would not be exaggeration if we say that even terrorism has come into existence due to corruption. Though we are boasting that India is going to become superpower, the reality is horrible. Unless we all raise our voice against corruption, India has no future.

Answer: I agree with her,Ms Kiran Bedi as well as isupport Anna Hazare's Movement.
But matter of question is the drafting and conditions, current Lokpal bill is not worth it at all. lokpal bill should be independent (in manner) from legislative branches, where they direct report to (vice)president or Supreme Court. Like election commission n Supreme Court itself, no need to make another CBI!
Why activists/Anna Hazare/Ms Kiran Bedi oppose latest 2010 Lokpal bill…?
1. Lokpal has been proposed to be an advisory body. Lokpal, after enquiry in any case, will forward its report to the competent authority. The competent authority will have final powers to decide whether to take action on Lokpal's report or not. In the case of cabinet ministers, the competent authority is Prime Minister. In the case of PM and MPs the competent authority is Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha, as the case may be. In the coalition era when the government of the day depends upon the support of its political partners, it will be impossible for the PM to act against any of his cabinet ministers on the basis of Lokpal's report. For instance, if there were such a Lokpal today and if Lokpal made a recommendation to the PM to prosecute A. Raja, obviously the PM will not have the political courage to initiate prosecution against A. Raja. Likewise, if Lokpal made a report against the PM or any MP of the ruling party, will the house ever pass a resolution to prosecute the PM or the ruling party MP? Obviously, they will never do that.
2. The bill is legally unsound. Lokpal has not been given police powers. Therefore Lokpal cannot register an FIR. Therefore all the enquiries conducted by Lokpal will tantamount to "preliminary enquiries". Even if the report of Lokpal is accepted, who will file the chargesheet in the court? Who will initiate prosecution? Who will appoint the prosecution lawyer? The entire bill is silent on that.
3. Lokpal will have jurisdiction only on MPs, ministers and PM. It will not have jurisdiction over officers. The officers and politicians do not indulge in corruption separately. In any case of corruption, there is always an involvement of both of them. So according to government's proposal, every case would need to be investigated by both CVC and Lokpal. So now, in each case, CVC will look into the role of bureaucrats while Lokpal will look into the role of politicians. Obviously the case records will be with one agency and the way government functions it will not share its records with the other agency. It is also possible that in the same case the two agencies arrive at completely opposite conclusions. Therefore it appears to be a sure way of killing any case.
6. Lokpal will not have powers to investigate any case against PM, which deals with foreign affairs, security and defence. This means that corruption in defence deals will be out of any scrutiny whatsoever. It will become impossible to investigate into any Bofors in future.

Why only Anna Hazare and Baba Ramdev are raising their voice against corruption? Why not our big leaders like Nagavara Ramarao Narayana Murthy, Ratan Tata, Mukesh Ambani, Kumar Mangalam Birla and others? Where are the Student unions? Where are the Hindu Sangathans? Where are Muslim Sangathans or the Sangthans from the other religions? Where are the news channles who can play a big role to raise their voice against corruption? Why there cannot be a system to keep the officials separate from the Politicians?
Answer: I must admit that I am ignorant of Indian politics, but it is usually a dangerous situation to be a whistleblower, and there are usually severe consequences even when there are laws to protect those that out corruption, so these people are very brave and willing to lose it all for a higher cause. Most people are not that brave.
The big names in politics are part of the machine and acquire their power through that system so they are not willing to give up the power and money to correct the situation.

When formally elected representatives had failed to fulfill the peoples expectations and started misusing their powers and engaged in looting public money, what else is left for people except to allow self selected individuals of known integrity and honesty to take up a peaceful revolt?
We can understand the wrath of politicians whose mask was stripped by the elder Gandhian with harsh comments like: "POLITICS and politicians are the root of all evil, they are thieves, they should be fed to vultures.."! But their eloquent logic on extra constitutional movement demanding to enact a Bill of its choice, suffers serious flaw!
The consitutional framework had been violated by elected elites, who had misused their powers under the law and constitutions. World over, people revolt when ruling institutions had failed them, forcefully pulling them from the throne. But Hazare, in his Gandian way, is demanding the corrective measure to restrain rulers!
What is your thoughts on the emerging political challenge to the movement?

Why is Anna Hazare apologetic to his praise of Modi?

Why does he want to please pervert people who are intent on damaging Modis image with ulteriror motives? So Hazares apologetic explanations do not depict him as bold person to defend a righteous person like Modi. It is unthinkable that a straight forward and practical person like him would have liked to hurt his own people whether muslim, xian or parsi! He least deals with cheap strategies like offering freebies, indulging in politics / favouritism etc
Gandhi used to say that any good habit sincerely adhered would gradually help the refinement of whole person, just like any single evil habit could spoil the good earned by other traits. Spiritualists also ssay how "money comes and goes, while morality comes and grows! Modis words and actins least suggest malafide intent any time, unlike those of Sibal or Mukerjee which are blatantly partisan, dishonest and malicious! So a true Gandhian like Hazare ought not have suspected the motives of Modi as sought to be depicted by his political adversaries and their supporters!
The people who do not want to recall the tragic outrage on Sikhs in the after math of Indiras murder or the passive audience of the Congress to the non muslim victims of JK are trying to perpetuate the post godhra carnage only for political reasons!
