The WNTSG is a grant that is available only to Tennessee residents that attend a Tennessee Technology Center. This program became effective the Fall term of 2004. ELIGIBILITY – Must be a Tennessee resident one year prior to May 1st. State residency is determined using TBR promulgated rules; TBR Rules 0240-2-2. A family member of mine has always been different but only ever acts normal in pubilc, everyone loves her when they meet her as she seems nice but in reality she has like three different personalities and as a very close member of her family I have had the chance to observe them all; Public, Family, Real. It was only after looking on various pages of Wikipedia that I noticed alot of traits she has: The prototypical psychopath has deficits or deviances in several areas: interpersonal relationships, emotion, and self-control. Psychopaths gain satisfaction through antisocial behavior, and do not experience shame, guilt, or remorse for their actions.Psychopaths lack a sense of guilt or remorse for any harm they may have caused others, instead rationalizing the behavior, blaming someone else, or denying it outright.Psychopaths also lack empathy towards others in general, resulting in tactlessness, insensitivity, and contemptuousness. All of this belies their tendency to make a likable first impression; psychopaths have a superficial charm about them, enabled by a willingness to say anything without concern for accuracy or truth. Shallow affect also describes the psychopaths tendency for genuine emotion to be short-lived and egocentric, with an overall cold demeanor. Answer: You should ask another family member to convince her to see a specialist because to speculate about her condition is not a good thing.. she could simply know that by manipulating others she feels superior... she may just be a tyrant .. or have multiple personality disorder... Manipulators can be psychopaths, but they don't have to be.. .if she gets away with manipulating other people and they are not aware of it or enable her to get away with that behaviour, then of course she will continue this... She could be talked into seeing a specialist. The whole family should discuss that.. and suggest it to her, depending on her age.. if she is under age, then the sooner she gets help, there is always hope she gets better or even gets diagnosed correctly and it might or might not be that she is a psychopath, because all the characteristics could easily apply to any kind of other disorder.. so she should definitely see a specialist, who is the only one who can diagnose her correctly and give her and you, the family, the optimum help...x

in franchise mode i try and train active team for chargers but it doesnt appear in the options, this is weird because in other franchises this option is available, and for other random teams it isnt available, is this an error? or a setting default im not aware of? im thinking train active team should be available for all teams at all times, not selective and random?

Youtube videos loading slow.?

I have been experiencing massive slow load times for youtube videos. I have tried everything. -scanned computer with antivirus and antispyware -ran registry cleaner -cleared internet browsing files and cache. -changed ip address -ran speedtest to test my connection (its fine) -even downloaded google chrome, to see if it would load faster since youtube is owned by google. still no luck.... although I think I prefer it now. -its only happening in youtube. all other sites are running great including their videos. Running Vista with firefox as my default browser. Yes Ive tried internet explorer. Starting to think this is a youtube issue, maybe something to do with selective bandwidth distribution.

Ok so I turned 18 on December 24th 2008. About 3 weeks ago, realizing I had to register I went online and tried to register at https://www.sss.gov/Default.htm . I entered all my information but the stupid website apparently said that my Social Security number does not exist. I recheked my number and tried to enter the information 5 more times. I have a SSN and its real and the stupid website says I entered it wrong. Fine, I go to the post office and fill out a card and attach some postage about 2 weeks ago thinking I had done it. So I go online again to check the progress of my registration and as expected "SSN does not exist". I then try to call up the number they put in the website (1-847-688-3117) because they said that sometimes the information can not be retrieved. I call the number about 3 or 4 times, making sure to dial the right numbers. Every single time it says that the phone number does not exist and to make sure I dialed correctly. So what is my recourse when this government agency is filled with incompetent morons and are worse then FEMA?

Will I get financial aid if I am 24, no job, and still live with my parents ?

I received the financial aid in the last three years(2008-2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011). But when I renew my financial aid for next year(already completed), they are considering I am an independent student, because I am 24 years old. But I am still live at home with my parents, and I dont have job for the last two years (I have my reasons why I cant work). I am having difficulties downloading Adobe Reader 9. I am using IE7 and I am having the following issues: 1) I first get a popup that reads "The website wants to install the following add on- Adobe DLM. If you trust the website and the add-on click here to install. 2) I click on the prompt and a dialog box pops up that tells me to Install Active X. 3) I then receive another yellow pop up that says "Your security settings do not allow websites to use Active X controls installed on your computer. The page may not display correctly...Click here for options 4) Click on the message and it gives me a message "More Information" I got to Tools/IE options/Security/Custom Level and these are my Active X options: Allow Previously Unused Active X Controls......Disable Allow Scriplets....Prompt Automatic Prompting....Disable Binary and Script Behaviors.....Enable Display video.........Disable Download Signed Active X controls......Prompt Download Unsigned Active X......Disable Initialize and Script Active X.......Disable Run Active X Controls and Plug ins....Enable Script Active X......Enable Please help. I have even tried to change the settings to the default leve but that does not work. I recently had a tech fix my computer and he went to Run/Msconfig/Selective Startup and disabled all programs for startup. This made my PC run alot smoother but now i am having issues with my Adobe. I tried to open an Adobe Document but it would say Adobe 8.1 has stopped working so i unistalled it thinking that I could reinstall the program. Answer: You can try a workaround. Install Firefox and use it to go to Adobe.com. Firefox doesn't use the ActiveX control to install Adobe Reader, it downloads a file. Save the installer and then run it from your local computer and see if that works.

I am currently searching for a Laptop which I can use for video editing and gaming. I am very selective mind you so Im not after something which can handle high performance on the latest games. I merely want a PC laptop which can handle Sims 3, Oblivion (modded) and Civilization 4 (Rise of Man Mod) and I find it hard to understand graphic card names. Would this lawsuit be successful? why or why not? A lawsuit challenging 2 things: 1. military ban on women in combat (even though there ARE women in combat, it is still technically banned in writing) 2. women being excluded from the selective service registration A lawsuit challenges these two things as being unconstitutional as they violate 2 amendments: 1. fifth amendment - due process clause 2. fourteenth amendment - equal protection clause Why Negative Precedent DOES NOT APPLY: Roskter vs. Goldberg (1981) was a lawsuit challenging the exclusion of women from selective service registration. The SCOTUS found that excluding women from selective service WAS constitutional. The basis for the decision, written by William Reihnquist, is as follows: "The purpose of registration was to prepare for a draft of combat troops. Since women are excluded from combat, Congress concluded that they would not be needed in the event of a draft, and therefore decided not to register them." Basically, a ban on women in combat was the basis for their decision. Precedent does not apply because: This lawsuit is challenging that a ban on women in combat is unconstitutional. If a ban on women in combat is unconstitutional, then by default, a ban on women in the selective service is unconstitutional. So what do you think of that? Would such a lawsuit prevail in a modern court? and also, another thing: Rosker vs. Goldberg only argued using the 5th amendment. This lawsuit argues that it violates both the 5th and 14th amendments.
Answer: You might have a case if you could get the court to hear it, particularly on SS registration. On women in combat...You might be able to get women "assigned" to combat units...but the final decision to "put" women in combat would be made by the commanders in the field. That is probably why it is not already law.

In the day-to day trenches of adult life, there is actually no such thing as atheism. There is no such thing as not worshipping. Everybody worships. The only choice we get is what to worship. And the compelling reason for maybe choosing some sort of god or spiritual-type thing to worship -- be it JC or Allah, bet it YHWH or the Wiccan Mother Goddess, or the Four Noble Truths, or some inviolable set of ethical principles -- is that pretty much anything else you worship will eat you alive. If you worship money and things, if they are where you tap real meaning in life, then you will never have enough, never feel you have enough. Its the truth. Worship your body and beauty and sexual allure and you will always feel ugly. And when time and age start showing, you will die a million deaths before they finally grieve you. On one level, we all know this stuff already. Its been codified as myths, proverbs, clichés, epigrams, parables; the skeleton of every great story. The whole trick is keeping the truth up front in daily consciousness. Worship power, you will end up feeling weak and afraid, and you will need ever more power over others to numb you to your own fear. Worship your intellect, being seen as smart, you will end up feeling stupid, a fraud, always on the verge of being found out. But the insidious thing about these forms of worship is not that theyre evil or sinful, its that theyre unconscious. They are default settings. Theyre the kind of worship you just gradually slip into, day after day, getting more and more selective about what you see and how you measure value without ever being fully aware that thats what youre doing. And the so-called real world will not discourage you from operating on your default settings, because the so-called real world of men and money and power hums merrily along in a pool of fear and anger and frustration and craving and worship of self. Our own present culture has harnessed these forces in ways that have yielded extraordinary wealth and comfort and personal freedom. The freedom all to be lords of our tiny skull-sized kingdoms, alone at the center of all creation. This kind of freedom has much to recommend it. But of course there are all different kinds of freedom, and the kind that is most precious you will not hear much talk about much in the great outside world of wanting and achieving and [unintelligible -- sounds like "displayal"]. The really important kind of freedom involves attention and awareness and discipline, and being able truly to care about other people and to sacrifice for them over and over in myriad petty, unsexy ways every day. That is real freedom. That is being educated, and understanding how to think. The alternative is unconsciousness, the default setting, the rat race, the constant gnawing sense of having had, and lost, some infinite thing. What do you worship?
