I feel trapped under my parents reign of terror.?

I literally cannot stand it anymore they hold me back from absolutely everything I do. They never taught me how to drive so at the age of 21 I am just now taking drivers ed and learning how to drive. I have been going to college to be a diagnostic sonographer and had my entire plan mapped out I graduate this year in a community college in maryland and I was going to transfer to UMBC (University Of Maryland Baltimore County) to finish up my last year. Well I like an hour away from the school and in order to apply I needed to attend an information session on saturday and I asked them for a ride and as soon as they found out it was an hour away they flipped a script. My father told me there is no way in hell I am going to school down there and if he is paying for my car and I want to go down there he will take my car. I cried and I was upset and so I am looking at a school in Delaware and I dont have a chemistry class needed to get into the program this may and not only that they accept Delaware residents before they even look at out of state residents. Not to mention they told me some of the classes I have may not be comparable with their curriculum so I may have to stay all over again in certain classes. I literally had one class to go until I qualified for UMBC... not to mention the Delaware school is a two year program and UMBC is one year. I am SOOOOOO FRIKKINGGG MAD I cannot take it. I am so stressed out and crying because they ruined my future for me. I am the only one in my family going to college, I am their only daughter who hasnt gotten knocked up and turned into a housewife. Not only that but we just started going to church when I was 19 and now my father acts like nothing matters accept church. He yells at me and lectures me about not getting the "holy spirit" I already got saved and baptized and I go to church with them every sunday. I never even go out because when I do they act like I am doing something wrong. I believe in God but I dont believe a word that comes out of my dads mouth. Only he is holier then thou but you know what he makes my mom cry everyday and he used to physically beat me and my siblings. Not to mention when I piss him off he still threatens to hit me. I literally walk on eggs shells in my own house, I cannot watch shows on TV or listen to certain music anymore... he has gotten that out of hand. If I talk about people he has nothing to say accept they are going to hell. I want out but I dont know what to do. I havent had a job since I was 18 and started college and its been really difficult with no car. I am still in college and I am getting ready to start volunteering at my local hospital to hopefully open up some career doors. I am also taking an online class to get certified in Hip compliance. I wanted to go to that school so bad, and I wanted to respect my parents but I literally cannot take it. I am depressed and lost and I dont have any other family to turn to. What should I do? oops HIPAA compliance Oh yea I forgot to mention I live 5-10 minutes away from the college I have now. & as for living on campus how would I pay for that? take out a loan when I have no one to co-sign and NO credit? I am trying to take responsibility for my own actions but its hard when no one will help me... accept my parents and only if its under their terms. As for ditching religion 1) I do not consider myself religious I believe in God and Jesus and that is my own personal choice. I think any man/woman can use anything money, religion, social status for bad... 2) I dont believe in about 75% of the traditions or idealolgy of religious organizations but I do think there is wisdom and truth in the bible. Therefore, I am basically learning on my own... trying to not let my fathers harshness affect myself. This might seem strange but it is very hard for my to stand up for myself to my father because to be honest I AM AFRAID OF HIM. I mean did you not read this he used to beat me as a kid, he makes me feel like I owe him something because he is my dad and gave me life. Yes he pays for my college and like I said I have tried to be respectful but hes got a controlling personality and I dunno... I guess thats why I am seeking logical advice and finding NONE so far.

Recurring nightmare/terror?

Ever since I was six I have had the same night terror. Its being trapped in a box and being tortured and like stuff like that. The thing is I can never remember the nightmare when I wake up so my memory is very vague and I often wake up screaming pounding on doors to let me out and moving around. How do I stop this nightmare? Is there a good way? It has been going on for several years so its gotten pretty bad. It happens about once every other month and it traumatizes me for some reason. Is there a cause? Any tips on stopping them??

If you go on to the Madam Tussauds or London Dungeon websites, there should be discounts if you visit both places (They can also include the London Eye which is great). Never tried the ghost bus tours, but sounds intriguing, so I might look them up. The only experience of Passaje del Terror I have is people bursting out of the fire exit at the bottom of the Trocodero screaming, I suspect that it is just dark rooms and passages where people leap out at you in the dark, so if you enjoy that sort of thing, it is probably fun.

I personally dont, not anymore. Love is emotional terror and marriage is a trap. I had a girlfriend and it ended in hell and theres women who arent my type, now Im a misogynist. Do you believe in love and marriage? What are your opinions? Whats the point of marriage? Love doesnt exist, right?
Answer: Yes, I believe in love and marriage. It's easy to stop believing when you've been hurt by one or more people in your life, and becoming a misogynist is a product of this hurt as well. Essentially, love is an emotional attachment that, in a healthy relationship, grows richer with time. Unfortunately, love doesn't always imply emotional maturity. If you are emotionally mature in your love for another person, you can be more consistent and less selfish in your dealings with them. Many times younger people don't realize how much they're thinking of themselves when they're interacting with their lover. As you get older, you can decide whether you want to retain and cultivate this selfishness, or take the higher road and improve your communication skills, etc. to make things easier for the one you love. As for marriage, it's all about what you make it. You don't have to have a piece of paper to prove your love for a person, but in our society today, a woman is likely to worry that you plan on leaving her at some point if you don't offer to marry her. (That's some women, not all, as Rio can attest.) Marriage is just a worthless piece of paper without the trust that love and maturity bring to the mix. Life is too short to be bitter towards the opposite sex. There are good women out there, whatever your definition of a good woman is. Just start trying to have fun with dating again, and try to find a friend as well as a sex partner. Sometimes you have to go through hard times before you get to the good stuff in life.

HELP!!!! Green terror not eating please help. HELP!!!?

Hello, I have a green terror(1in.) that is not eating, and hasnt been for the last few days. He is in an eighty gallon with a 12 inch pleco, 12 inch dragon goby, and one electric yellow lab(2in.). I have had him for about two months and he was doing fine up until recently. I noticed he was getting skinner and not eating; he swims around every now and then but spends most of his time either on the ground or sitting on a plant. He is not showing any signs of ick or white poop so I believe it may be bullying he is suffering from although I have not witnessed any such acts. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you. Also, is it okay if I put him in a Marina floating breeding trap, which is floating in the 80 gal. I put him in the box about an hour ago should i leave him/ her in there. If you are unsure of what this is it is a box which floats in the tank it has holes on the bottom therefore, uses the water in the fish tank. Have a good day/evening/night.
Answer: If it is really only a inch, and you have had it for 2 months, there is something really wrong. GT will grow an inch a month. I would say it is not eating, and is being harassed by the much larger fish in your tank.

I know that all the Time Lords died in the Time War and Doctor Who cant save them because its time locked, but Ive seen a few of the older episodes and there were other time lords as well as rogue time lords. In "Terror of the Autons" a random time lord just appears in the sky to warn The Doctor of the Masters trap. When did the show get rid of all the other time lords and why? And why was the Master brought back for the Season/Series 3 finale only?

Answer: Well, whatever that person did to you, I think you should put that behind you and move on. You can't live your life resenting women because of ONE person. I just think it's unfair. I don't believe in love, I honestly don't. People say they're in love and at the end, they go and fuck up with some other person and come running back with 'I love you'. Because to love someone, you can't go and fuck around and throw around that phrase like it's some toy. And marriage, nah for me too. It's just another term for, "You're locked down for life - or until I cheat on you." I know, stupid answers but it's just my opinion.

Young people, do you think marriage is really worth it?

After hearing so many married people complain about their issues, it makes me believe that marriage is just stressful and a trap and love is an emotional terror. Once people get married, they lost interest in sex (especially women). Marriage really breaks down after having children. People are just marrying for the wrong reasons. So is marriage really worth it? Whats the point of marriage these days?
Answer: Yes, to me, marriage is definitely worth it. It's just that, like you said, people get married for the wrong reasons these days. Also, a lot of young people get married so early before they really get the chance to get out there & do the things they want to do & they end up regretting it & their marriage falls apart. They just jump into it too quickly thinking that marriage is going to make everything perfect when in actuality, it will only make things fall apart in some relationships. Some people just aren't ready for marriage & some people are just not meant to ever make such a big commitment. If you know you are ready though, & you understand how much of a commitment & responsibility that marriage is then I think you should go for it. I know that I am getting married to my boyfriend, just not now. We're going to wait & few more years to work out anything we might have a problem with in the future. <3
