Is it possible that the explosions heard by the CNN during 911 attack are not bombs but falling elevators?
During the Sept 11 attack CNN news reporter heard several bomb explosions at the base of the World Trade Center building just after the plane crashed. Which he thought possible bombs were planted at the building. May I suggest the possibility that these explosions came from falling elevators and not from bombs? The intense heat of the jet fuel can burn cables and even safety locks of hi-tech elevators.

Answer: I'm not sure about the videos, but I don't think coincidence is the word your looking for. I found the below on a website listed in the source:
THIS IS REALLY FREAKY!
1) New York City has 11 letters
2) Afghanistan has 11 letters.
3) Ramsin Yuseb (The terrorist who threatened to destroy
the Twin Towers in 1993) has 11 letters.
4) George W Bush has 11 letters.
This could be a mere coincidence, but this gets more interesting:
1) New York is the 11th state.
2) The first plane crashing against the Twin Towers was flight number 11.
3) Flight 11 was carrying 92 passengers. 9 + 2 = 11
4) Flight 77 which also hit Twin Towers, was carrying 65 passengers. 6+5=11
5) The tragedy was on September 11, or 9/11 as it is now known. 9+1+1=11
6) The date is equal to the US emergency services telephone number 911. 9+1+1=11.

4) The tragedy of Madrid happened 911 days after the Twin Towers incident.

People always assume that the 911 attack was because the middle east hates us. But why? I mean we are the first ones to invade their country and take over, so was it really there fault. Or were they just trying to stop us from continuing to invade their country. I was just curious because my teacher made a really good point in showing us that we have to interpret both sides.
