How should I tell my parents?

My grandmother bought me an iPod Touch 4g in China (no, its not fake. believe it or not, there are legit apple stores in China too..) and my mom brought it back for me after her trip there. I JUST got it on Friday night, and I cracked it today... I tripped when walking to school and it slipped out of my hoodie pocket. Its still fully functional. The crack is abotu the size of a... pea? on the top right hand corner. but the cracks kind of extend down, but its barely visible on the actual screen. The only thing affected is the front camera. When using it, theres a blurry line across the middle because of the crack. This morning, my mom even warned me to be extra careful with it.. :( I feel SO bad. I couldnt concentrate on anything at school today because I was so mad at myself & worried & guilty. Aghhh. How should I tell her? Id understand if she gets upset (I would), but how can I make it so.. she understands? What should I say D:? Thank yooou

is it mandatory in china to teach their children that original ideas are bad? I simply do not understand what compels them to produce so many knock off items. Including about 3 fake apple stores which is by far the most bizarre thing I have ever heard of. Actually now that I think of it, even more bizarrely, they did decide to make starcraft and warcraft themeparks, and Im certain it violates copywrites on blizzards behalf. damn china I dont understand why you do this!

Apples Iphone 3G for China?

Im not quite sure whats really happenning out here,but Im really curiouse as to why apple company doesnt include China mainland for their iphones and latest iphones-like the 3G S. First of all,Im not a chinese.But I would really love to have an iphone.The other day,I went to this apple "retail" store and checked out there products.And it happened that I checked out one of their Ipod touches and was told that Itunes stores cant be used.Quite frankly I doubt theres any Itunes stores available here.But that sucks,I mean how can you use these great products without using them to their fullest potential?!?...I was told that I could only download "apps" or whatever using the computer.Now that to me,doesnt sound like the real thing.I was on apples website a while ago,and realized that China mainland aint on their list of countries for their products.For instance,like the Iphone 3G S.And the funny thing is that Taiwan and Hong Kong are within those lists,and yet all these apple fake products are produced by these mothufers!!! So essentially,I believe that they just get the real thing and have them duplicated and instead of selling the real thing. Im getting a little emotional here,hehe.Im not happy about this appearantly.I just want to know if its worth it to get an iphone in China or not.Thats all,ten points to a really great answer! thank you in advance.(oh boy,gon be in trouble now).
Answer: There are some factors that may need to be consider why they don't offer Iphones in China. First Apple may not be able to get telecommunications company there to get partnership for marketing the handset. Second China may be working on a different frequency w/c is not compatible with the Iphone. If you really like the iphone, I will recommend you buy it from somewhere else but make sure it is genuine. Say in the United States then have it unlocked so you can use China sim cards. Answer: You cannot import commercially to the US genuine Apple products,they are protected by trade marks law.fakes obviously are liable to confiscation by the customs.

Do Genuine Apple Earphones have CHINA logo on the wire of the earphones?

hi, i just wanted to know because i sold a pair to a buyer in spain and he says that these are fake because they have china logo on wire. I seriously cannot understand him. If they were fake, why would apple even but china logo on wire. Other thing is that all apple products are made in china and i just looked on my iphone 4 and at back it says Made in China and the earphones which came with iphone also have light china logo so surely apple wont sell me fake goods when bought from tmobile store lol. But this buyer thinks that china logo = fake. Pictures of the stores, their staff and a description of a stroll around them was posted on the BirdAbroad blog. In the article, she writes about conversations with staff, many of whom were convinced that they were employed by the US electronics firm. Apple has said it has no comment to make on the discovery of the counterfeit shops. On her blog, BirdAbroad described the stores as a "beautiful ripoff - a brilliant one - the best ripoff store we had ever seen". She describes how convincing the shop was at first glance because so much trouble had been taken to copy key elements of a real Apple store.
