singapore indian muslim seem dont have proper place to ask for help when needed. malay have mendaki, chinese have their club, indian have Sinda. where to ask for help they are not malay but muslim and not hindu but indian. Must we donate to SINDA?
I have been forcefully applied to donate to an Tamil (Indian) Non-profitable Asscociation by my present company. Although I am not a tamil myself. Is it a must for every indian to donate to Sinda in singapore?
And what are the benefits or returns, are there any courses available at discounted rates?
Answer: yes, it is compulsory. my indian friend who worked a temp admin job with me at MOF had to contribute a small amount...about $3 i think. the chinese have to pay around $0.50 of their salary. that's what was deducted from mine anyway

What are the chances of success in contesting a will based on testmentary incapacity?
We are 4 daughters manipulated out of our fathers will by our brother, the only son. In 2006, Dad had a series of falls and was admitted to hospital. The falls resulted from bouts of ischaemic strokes. A brain scan found a tiny infarct in his left brain stem. Dad was on a whole lot of sedatives, anti-depressive drugs, analgesics . In that state of confusion, and disorentation, my brother influenced Dad into signing a will that benefits himself almost entirely. Worse, the anti-lapse clause named his wife as beneficiary for 50% while his children get the rest.
My unmarried sister who looked after dad for the last 4 years of life was given a nominal share of Dads extensive estate. Brother had already been gifted with 3 houses over the last 2 decades.
My fathers estate had all my moms share in it , because she died intestate in 1990. Then in Malaysia, the spouse got to inherit all immovable properties.
It would appear as if Mom and dad worked all their lives just to give everything to one child, ie the son, leaving out the daughters who looked after our parents in their old age.
Below is the open mail to my greedy brother .

Let me explain again why father’s ‘Will’ is not valid - it was not his expressed wish.
1.Why should you be the only child to inherit almost everything from father? If it is on account that we are daughters and hence should not inherit, we can confirm there is no such law in Malaysia . In the will, the ‘anti-lapse clauses’ stated that your wife, Ng P H ‘inherits’ 50% of Father’s property and monies. Does that mean your wife is not a woman? She can inherit, but not your sisters?
2.It is unfortunate mother died before 1997; let me remind you she had 50% share of the oil palm estate. She would not have agreed to agree to give you all her properties.belonging to her. She will never leave out 4th Sis.
3.The fact remains: 3rd Sister Ros___ose took care of father in the last 4 years of his life. Ro-- stayed with Father all her life. Why should Father give your wife 50% in case you did not survive him? Shouldn’t it all pass to sister Ro__?
4.I know you took care of Father in the best way you could, but so did we daughters. If Father had wanted you alone are to inherit, he would not come stay with me, a daugther, and in Singapore which he had not visited for 50 years. He was seriously ill. He did not want to stay in Sinda Old folks home. Finally he made it home to Kluang to his own home, and sister Ro----took care of him, not your wife, P Hua.
Father did not intend the will to to bequeath you and your family only his entire properties, leaving out all your 4 sisters, including the one who took principal care of him
5.In all his instructions to you , to the daughters, privately and in public, Father said all his daughters have shares. He never said “if you are a married daughter you have no share” and neither does any law in Malaysia say that. Well is your wife a married woman? Why does she get to be bequeathed 50% of our fathers property, leaving out all his own daughters? That s the anti-lapse cla. She can take all of father’s properties if she alone tended to his bed sores, till the day he died. But she could not bear to look at him when he strips himself when disoriented. Only daughters are able to do that. We daughters shaved him, cut his nails , bathed him, shampooed his hair, fed him, tended to his bedsores, evacuated his stools manually and personally. Your wife is unable to do that, not even for her own father.
6. That OSK Will father signed was not his wish. He did not understand what he was signing. He wanted to go stay with you till he died, but you were unable to accommodate his wishes. We understand that. And Ro--e did it for all of us, his children. So Ro--- should inherit it all. Not you, not your wife, Ng P H
7. Now when we say we will consider giving you fathers oil palm estater, it means you have to relinquish everything else. Becaues that alone is 2 times fathers entire property.
You always tell us sisters, you cannot share fathers estate. The strange fact is this, why did you enter a anti-lapse clause in the Will that your wife and your sons will share fathers land and everyting else in the proportion of 4/8, 1/8, 1/8, 1/8, 1/8. Was the made in a hurry? And why the hurry? It was not as if Father was about to die at the Sinda home! He made it home to Kluang, no thanks to you
8. Father seemed to have loved you more than his daughters. So he gave you the three houses before he died. We don’t wish to anticipate that was to save taxes. After father’s death, if we descendants share everything equally, you will already have been given more. And because you were given more, father expected you to take care of him in your home in Taman Per. Since both your and your wife could not take care of father, and did n
Answer: get a lawyer, get him to argue that your father was non compos mentis when he signed that will and that everything should be equally divided between the 5 of you.
Forget about any assets given away while the father was still alive. they can't be counted in the total of the estate.

Disc Priests vs Lich King (and Sinda)?
I have vast knowledge of icc 1-10 on my other chars but my priest has went from dps to healer and has been taken in my a known guild on my realm and tomorrow is my first raid with them in ICC25.
They know i dont have much knowledge of the last few bosses in ICC and just need to know any tips on Sindy and especially LK himself for a disc priest to keep in mind.
Im watching all the tank spot vids etc to make sure im familiar with the fight and not to goof up too much.
Can any disc priests or people who know the fight tell me any hints or tips to surviving this fight - its not their first time defeating him and know the raid well that they are slowly moving their progress team in heroic and are nearly defeating him but obv I dont have much knowlege of the fight so will need all the help i can.

Answer: It's going to be hard to advise you since after tomorrows patch everyones talents/spells/play styles are going to be dramatically different. They are removing and adding so many things it's crazy. In my opinion, both fights are not too bad to heal as long as you are on the ball and know the basics of the fight (where to stand, when to move, etc.) The worse part about LK (for my guild anyway) was his defile and people not moving out of it. Anyway, I play a priest and never had trouble staying alive on either fight, especially now with the ICC buff. That might change after tomorrow though, lol!
