How to marry a filipino, i am from singapore?

Hi, i have a filipino girlfriend who is working in singapore rite now, she is leaving and going back to the philipines in may 2010 after her work permit expires. I wish to marry her to singapore, i need some advice here, do i need to gain approval from the Ministry of manpower in singapore to marry her? And also how do i invite her back to singapore for ROM(Registry of marriage)? Do i need to apply for any visit pass or something? I am quite unfamiliar, please help thanks!

do hiring companies actually check with the Ministry of Manpower for your employment history?

due to family concerns and pressure, i have worked full time in my relatives company for 2 years but i was not officially employed. my salary was more like an allowance. there was of course, no CPF contributions by the company. so does that mean that the Ministry of manpower (MOM) will not have any record of my employment for the 2 years at my relatives company? if so, can i still include my work experience for these 2 years into my resume? my relative said he can vouch for my employment there. will hiring companies find out that MOM and CPF Board do not have these 2 years record and accuse me of lying then black-list me?
Answer: MOM what country is that in?, in US all the new company does is call the old company for verification.

Answer: That is a proof that you are under employment. Also...... Well, sad to say that our gov like to have full control. Expressway, work and even baby............ Beside that, the amount of money collected (levy) every month is huge. Imagine, you people work like hell to earn that few hundred dollars a month. And yet, those ppl just sit there and collect thousands or millions of dollars from your levy.
