Why is Alex Salmond prevaricating over the promised referendum on partition?
The scots must be furious they were promised two referenda,one from Brown over the EU and one by Alex Salmond over partition and have been denied both.
Answer: SNP said the referendum would be in 2010 as the date is dictated by " parliamentary procedures "..seems fair enough to me.
So assuming that goes ahead then the people can have there say either way.
Brown promised a referendum on Europe and it's now obvious that was just a scam and was/is never going to happen, but i'm not surprised as that's just what all politicians

There's only one constant factor as far as I can see no matter who's in charge and that is

Are the ballot papers in the UK/EU elections numbered and trackable?
Ok, So I voted in the UK/Euro Elections today. Before handing me my ballot paper, they looked up my name on the roll,crossed it off, then noted down my number in a separate list.
Maybe im watchin too much Alex Jones, but I would imagine that Ballot papers would somehow have to be individually identifiable so as to prevent forgeries. If that is the case, then surely a chronological list of who voted after who, combined with a known sequence of ballots would make it trivial to work our who voted for who?!

Answer: Hi Alex,
I would probably need to understand the situation more to answer this exactly but I'll give it my best shot.
I gather that both websites contain the same information, as the .it one is currently redirecting to the .eu one.
Google has something called a duplicate content filter. This filter notices when there is more than one version of a certain page/article and selects one of these as the original. The other versions are moved to the supplemental index, which makes them almost undiscoverable :)
To avoid any cases of duplicate content I would advise you keep the main domain as .eu and any pages that are specifically for Italy host on the .it domain.
Just make sure you have no information on the .it domain that's also on the .eu domain and you will be fine. But there's still plenty more to do from an SEO point of view.

Answer: Tartan Army, you have remember that the Scottish Government has no formal powers over EU matters, including any referendum - even if Alex did kick off about it, it would have made no difference, it is up to the SNP’s Westminster Group to do that.
The SNP are a minority Government, how could they possibly deliver on their manifesto promise of a referendum on Independence - I am sure they will attempt to pass the Bill - but it will get voted down, and as such be criticised as a waste of time by many political commentators and the other Unionist Parties. What is happening, is Constitutional Commission, which will probably pave the path for the Unionist Parties for a more powerful Devolved Parliament, second best really… The SNPs White Paper is something, which I would love to see acted upon, yet it is unlikely.
I as a member of the SNP have every confidence in Salmond - if I hadn't I would never have joined - and also have every confidence in most of the polices, including EU. The reality is it is Independence within Europe, and that is said and always stated, as a preferred option.
Salmond predicting Scotland’s independence is I think, a little premature there are too many factors to be considered to simply say "independence by 2018."
The Lisbon Treaty goes a long way in transforming the EU, riding some of the negative points of the EU of today, and as long as the so "Red Lines" are kept and even added to in certain aspects Scotland will do very well within Europe.

Answer: Depends on your citizenship, exact residency status, etc. You need to talk to someone who can answer with authority. You don't want to make it to another country and find Hungary has revoked your residency status because you left improperly or won't let you back in because you lack proper documents. If you were a hungarian citizen you would be fine.

Would I have to pay import duty & fess on a parcel from Germany to UK?
Now that the UK tax has been raised to 20% as of 4th Jan. If I buy an item from Germany and pay thier 19% Tax, would I still have to pay the remaining 1% when receiving a parcel. Baring in mind the UK and Germany are both an EU country. Normally I wouldnt pay any customs fees or import tax when sending/receiving in the UK? But does the new tax rate change anything? Thank you. Answer: The rules on point of origin for tax purpose changed recently.
You would need to check these rules to see which rate of VAT is applicable.
The general rule is that once the VAT has been paid, you don't need to pay it again to move goods within the EU.
Sorry my experience is with dealing with VAT registered business to business transactions within the EU.

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0GHz temperature?
Have a problem with this cpu from the beggining ... have 55-60C in idle, at full speed 70C , the ventilation its good, replaced cpu fan with a better one, but still hot.
I would like to overlock , but with this temperature I cant do anything.
Even I updated the bios .. nothing.
Is it falulty? or why its so hot????
Can anyone help me?

Answer: Sounds like you put too much, too little or no new thermal compound on the CPU. You need to do this and use rubbing alchol to clean the old paste off.
I have a friend that has that chip OC'ed at 4.4GHz and it doesnt break 39C under load as far from what I've seen.
It is a monster of a C2D. Also, get Everest, you can get a free trial version. It will show your temps. My BIOS is a little wacky and I use everest

Answer: I'm pretty sure an executive for the Food and Drinks Industry would be more professional than to have a Yahoo email for their work
The lack of captials for countries is a clear giveaway that they haven't put care into the email and the other spelling errors like:
Jobs > jobs
paunds > pounds
Coca cola > Coca Cola
france president > French President
