What did everyone think of Lost season 6?
Im halfway through the series because I dont have the channel and is having to watch it online. So far Im not too impressed but I think that the big buildup is causing the whole thing to become rather an anticlimax. I thought the episode with the lighthouse was interesting especially the way is showed Jacks house and I loved the episode where we, finally, got to see Richards history. Plus, though Im a little confused, I kind of like the way it switches between the island and the way things would have gone if the plain hadnt have crashed. Im currently on episode 12 - everybody hates Hugo and am intrigued to see how Desmond fits into this.
I guess my question is, what did you guys think? Pleas no spoilers but by the end of the series, were all of the questions from the first series through to the last answered? Does everything fit together? Ive heard some say that this series seems like the directors are making it up as they go along and are struggling to come up with explanations for the mass of unanswered, yet interesting, things that have been happening in the island and keeping us at the edge of our seats since season 1. Do you agree? Please give me your opinion!

There are a few more, but I didnt keep track of the earlier animes I have seen. Anyways, I am growing frustrated that I have seen a lot of the really good animes. Anyways, What I am looking for is an anime with lovable characters, great artwork, preferably one with characters that have exotic hair colors (blue, pink, etc.), and preferably either mecha, romance, action, etc. I hate the supernatural animes with vampires and ghosts and such, and I also would prefer a 24+ episode anime. I get sad when I see a 12 episode one because it was so short, but then again, plot developments are much faster. Anyways, if you could help me find any great recomendations, it would help me out a lot. On a side note, if you could give me a great mange similar to kimi no iru machi, I would be very thankful. I am very picky when it comes to the artwork and the complexity of how it is written. Some mangas to me are very hard to read and understand.

What do you do when you love 2 people at once?
Ok so I met this guy at college when I was 17, the stero-typical bad boy, i fell for him hard and we ended up dating. The relationship was never great and id always end up getting hurt and upset. He ended up breaking my heart a year later when we were meant to meet up and he canceled with a text saying he couldnt make it cos he thinks we should just be friends, I reluctantly said ok and pretended I was happy for that to happen. Until on a night out with some girl friends about 2 weeks later (wed had no contact in this time) I saw him outside a pub having a ciggerette and although this sounds silly i was furious about it (he had made me give up telling me he thought it was a dirty habbit and such but had been smoking himself the whole time). I ended up having my best fried at the time text him saying basicly what happened why did he not turn up, his reply had me mortified he put "dont know, your quite beautiful though", he had no idea which friend had sent the text, we then ended up with lots of silly texts and my friend without my knowledge took his number from my phone (i know because the next day we went for coffee and I said as a joke I wonder if ******* is this hungover, an she repllied nah hes not he told me this mornin he can handle lots of drink). Anyway we stopped speaking other then the odd drunk text or email.
Almost a year an a half on, My real best friend took me to a music festival and I met this guy who we camped with. He was soo sweet from day one, although he was shy so things didnt happen until he visited a month after the festival, he lives in London and i live in the channel islands. We just kept holding hands and cuddling at the festival. He asked me out and i said yes, i ended up happily loosing my virginity to him and he gave me his ring when he had to go home, the day he went was horrible i was in bits and had to go to my friends house because i wasnt able to drive home. Weve been going out for just over a month now and i love him to bits, hes like a dream come true. Only thing thats bad about it is the distance between our homes.
Although in the year and a half between my ex and i splitting up, i met someone in town and we became friends, i then found out he shares a flat with my ex, there was that whole ohhh your so an so moment, i told my best friend "this is so an so he lives with *****" just to introduce, she asked if it was my ex so an so (we didnt know each other at the time I was with my ex) I said yep, an she just said "ohhh nooo way the one who got with ***** (old best friend)" I nodded my head an went yeeeep but the guy who lives with him was like "no no no noooo he could never stand her, that was never gonna happen". That got me a little confused on why hed done the texting thing but I must admit i was pretty pleased.
I saw my ex in town last night because its now a day before his 21st birthday, we still dont talk at all when he came in the bar he stared at me for a second then went to the downstairs part (this happened in 2 bars). When were out hes always looking at me (my friends have said omg someone keeps staring at you so ive looked an its been him). There are no more drunk messages between us in the last few months and I was texting my current boyfriend the whole night, that is till I got home and he had gone to bed (at his obviously). I then text my old best friend (the one with the drama) asking for my exs number since a mate had deleted it from my phone, in my shock horror she sent it to me, although im not sure if she sent the right number as it was a long time ago now. I want nothing more then to move on from the ex but I cant let go for some reason, I wrote out 5 texts and 12 emails last night but deleted every one of them without sending.
I really dont know what to do, I love both my ex and my boyfriend. I havent had an episode of missing my ex in months but had one really bad last night. I love my current boyfriend even more then my ex I know that, its just the distance between us is a £200 flight which we both can rarely afford. Please help I really dont know what i should do.

Answer: Follow your heart. If you love your current boyfriend and the distance between you is too much, perhaps talk to him about moving closer to you. If that is not an option, focus on improving your life instead of your ex. Work on you and making yourself the best girl for him... because if you don't and he is really great as you described, you could lose him in the long run to some other girl. You have nothing to lose by working on yourself - learning, reading, going to school, thinking about a career, etc.. because no matter who you're with, you will be a better you. Also, chances are you won't be with either one of them in a few years. Life tends to change a lot and so do relationships, especially at a young age. Also, if you care about yourself more than the guys, you may want to consider not drinking so much. You talked about drinking more than the two guys or yourself. :)

Is my husband cheating or am I just becoming obsessed with the idea?
My husband and I have been married for 8 years, together for 11. We have 4 children ages 12, 9, 8, and 5. Over the last few months things have been standing out to me. My husband has not really changed at home (still interested in sex), (still doing things with th kids) and so on. We actually just had a vacation with us all last week. However, I have noticed that he hadnt taken a shower in like a week at home and found out that he takes one sometimes at work after work. His excuse is that he wanted to get the diesel off him. (Hes a heavy equipment mechanic). Also, he comes in at all times. 8, 9, and sometimes 9:30. His excuse is working late (which there is income to prove some overtime). We live back in the country and have a hard time getting cell phone service, so sometimes on his way home, he pulls off on the side of the road and talks before coming on home. Says hes talking to his best friend who is also in a band with him. He does have passwords for his phone and keeps it on silent. The thing that pushed me over was that our cell phone bills were in the mailbox when we got back from vacation and I just left them lying in my car. He took his. When I thought that odd he got mad and told me not to start again about it. (I had an episode like this about a year ago.) He said "Its been 11 years, when is this going to stop?" "I havent done anything wrong." I KNOW that he loves me and the kids, and he has always said that he got married once and once only, and has never condoned affairs to any extent. We have always had seperate bank accounts, so I cant see what hes spending money on. He just gives me a certain amount on money every 2 weeks for the bills. I want to go to the cell phone place and get a copy of the bill, but if he hasnt done anything, then I feel like I an breaking a trust that I should, but dont have and he would be furious. I dont know if i am having a so called "gut feeling" or if I am on to something. This is driving me crazy and will eventually ruin our marriage Im afraid. BTW... I dont know what age has to do with it, but I am 28 and hes 34. Any advice?
Answer: Us girls do have a sixth sense about that stuff. If you feel like something isn't right...then it's probably not.
Make sure this is not your own nagging doubt getting the best of you. Do you feel like you have let yourself go? Does he not tell you you're pretty anymore? Do you feel taken for granted? Is it possible your just missing his attention and are just afraid it's your fault somehow? Nonetheless, it is a concern you are having and you have every right to discuss it with him. If he's not willing to listen and reassure you then perhaps alleged cheating isn't the only problem in the relationship.

You are putting a lot of mature content in a show targeted for middle schooler and it's just going to end up a mess. And you sound like and idiot not trying to be mean but yea. Im 14, How do I deal with my mom having schizophrenia?
Its affected my whole life. Ive been to foster homes, lived with other families, felt depressed, have felt like running away, lost friends, huge fights with my mom,wanted to move out.
I love my mom. So much.. I have an older sister(21) and older brother(17) my sister lives on her own in a different city and my brother lives with "their" dad in the same city. (We have different dads, so were half siblings) And I tell them everything about what im going through daily.. cause if I dont.. itll drive me insane.. im constintly crying cause I get soooo mad at her.. for acting paranoid...and around my friends... its so embarrassing... I feel like no body in the whole world knows what I go through, even my closest friends and boyfriend. I "have" told them and I know I can trust them, and theyre there for me.. but they really dont know what I go through..so I cant really talk to them about it, cause even though they are understanding.. its still weird for them to hear that my mom is paranoid and why she does and says the things they does.
Our fights get out of hand. Shes called me a stupid little bi*ch.. " I wont make it in life." ,,, "im a screw up".. i tell her to F off..and leave the house for long periods of time. Ive felt like moving in with my sister, Yes, shes young and it would be hard on both of us. But weve talked about it, and I might when im 16 when my mom cant stop me.
My mom in the past has been very very paranoid.. i call them, "episodes" because they come and go. And I dont know if they come cause she didnt take her meds, or cause she needs an upgrade on them. Heres some of the "episodes" shes had.
First really big episode lasting months: I was around 8-11 and we had a pretty average house. It was ok.. but some neighbors moved in.. she took in a 15 year old who was neglected by her family (this is not the neighbor though) my mom became friends with our new neighbors. When this 15 year old who she took in, turned on her, she went to the neibors,, she didnt turn the neighbors against us.. they were already fighting with my mom. So thats when my mom got paranoid. And had the most common "episode" of schizophrenia. Thinking that people were watching her, listening in on her convos, all out to get her, people were spying and following her. I was 10 or so.. and it was the first major episode..and I was Fing scared!! I ended up in foster care, she in a hospital. I was young and said thing I shouldnt have and almost got myself permenently taken away from my mom.
Next episode:
I was 12, she thought we had body lice or something. She would make me stay up till 7 in the morning(straight with no sleep).. strip and shower.. bagged all our things, threw out couches and other fernature.(this one was more scary for me) she would say how she could "see" the bugs. And was more erational.
Now im 14.. its not as bad.. the episodes could be mistaken for just a very strict or concerned mom.. over being paranoid. I think thats cause her meds were upgraded to a higher concentration when she ended up in the hospital after her last episode. But we always fight... i always cry... if it werent for my friends and boyfriend.. i probably would have moved out by now.
Sorry it was so long.. its a very complicated mental illness and Ive learned a lot about it just by seeing it..and Its affected me cause im mad at myself... for feeling hatred towards her because of her irrational thinking. Its not her fault.. so I shouldnt hate her for it... but I do, so I hate myself for that.
I always end up crying when I think about all this. I just want to know How i deal with the fighting so I dont end up leaving her. All my other family has and I feel like im the only one left who keeps her together.
Im also scared that I will develop symtoms of schizophrenia. And if I do.. i wont know it because when you have it, you tell yourself and you make yourself believe your right and other are the ones with the problems. Im so scared I will get it.
If you have been in something similar, plz share.. i wanna know im not the only one who has to deal with it.

Just remember that whatever she does, it is because she is sick. She doesn't do those things on purpose. Underneath it all, she is your mom and loves you. I'm sure there have been good times too.
And if you can't take it anymore, it isn't any fault of yours. You are young, and not trained to take care of a person with those problems. You have your own life to live.
Is there another option? I can totally understand why you would feel bad about leaving her. But what if you get some help to take care of her, someone who is trained to do it? The rest of her family should help, economically if nothing else. It isn't right to leave her alone because she is sick, but it isn't fair for you to be burdened with all that responsibility either.

hey well she broke up with me 5th of may last tuesday before our relationship we were really good friends it just hit us, we fell in love. her family liked me a lot, her mom trusted me a lot too.
the fact that i was getting too involved with her family i liked a lot but she seemed to be verry scared. she has never been in a seriuse relationship, she was really happy with me.for about 6 months, i never seen her like that. this last weekend she started to change. she started to be more distant and so becouse my sister came to visit me, as soon as she left i called her and last saturday i gave her a gift becouse she was so distant,4 roses and 2 books i gave her. she wextremelymly surprised and happy. she called me like 10 seconds after i left, i felt the change and she said she loves me alot. the next dayPromessesed her i would visit her. but i could not i had a test i had to study, i realcouldntent and i regret it.
so i came to pick her up on monday at her college, she seemed bumed out so i cheered her up she said she was going to call many people and she seemed hyper jaja. but then on the 5th of may we had a little figbecauseuse she downloaded some house MD episodes and i asked her to download it for us to see it together, but she already saw it. i kinda got annoyed and i started a fight, and she never had done hang up on me. that day she did i was sooo worried,but then we made up on the phone. so i left her i had to study for a test, when i finished i told her on messenger i did and she said "call me" i was like ok shasntsnt said that for a while. she picked up and she said " i have to tell you something. i too a deep breath then she asked me why are you like that ? i answered " welldontont know what your going to say" she said "dontont think shoulduld see each other anymore." so we started talking and so and we said our goodbyes. but last 9th of may (saturday) we talked for the 1st time in a long time,we where both good and she told me she was reading a vampire book and that she likes bubba and eric and i googled it and they whein factact. characters frtrue bloodood and i gave her the 1st book. so nowdontont know what to think, and i still want her back though im sorta dating other people. i still want her back.
then tuesday may 12 i called her, she waswasntying attention to me at all. so i think out of impulsion, "i dondontink we shushould friends, its just going to be too much feelings involved and one is going to find a partner and the other is not going to take it. trust me i been there" she was really sad she wanted to cry, she diddidntnted to show it but she was sad. and so was i but i changed my mind in like 20 min i thought why am i doing this with her ? shes not a common ex. so i tryd to get her back and she called back and she undunder studd i hang up i had to study. during my study i thought wait now is a good time to ask her what where my errors, eaven though she know it waswasnt errors but i wanted to change. for future refreferencesd we talked really calm she said she diddidntd anything to say but that i handled some things really immimmaturelyence the house discussion.
then we started talking and i told her i knew she liked trutrue bloodthe book i gave her ) she said yes and started talking about it. she wanted to talk to me more but i had to keep on studyng, i think now is a good time to get her back. what do you guys think ?

Whats up with Eureka 7? Im feeling lost at ep 12 like I missed something. I dont see the conflict.?
For some reason Im having trouble getting into this anime. Keep in mind that Im coming off of watching Evangelin (series, movie, remake) Code Geass, Death Note and FMA. For some reason I felt that I had a better understanding of Eva by episode 12 (yes, I know its only 25 eps and Eureka 7 is 50). It just seems like the world is unexplained. Im not sure if this is because I missed something (I tend to watch around 4:20 if you get my drift ;) ) or if Im not far enough into the series. For instance, I have little idea behind the motivations of the Gekko state, beyond redeeming themselves for the atrocities they committed in war. I must have missed the part where the carillons are introduced, or have not made it to that plot development point. Im just not understanding what is going on up to this point, I dont see the conflict or purpose which drives this anime. Please let me know if I missed something or if I will begin to find any semblance of a story in my future beyond naive puppy love. If it turns out I did miss something, please reference the ep so I can go back and see if I missed anything. Thanks!
Answer: True, Eureka-7 does take a while to start off, and at episode 12 not much is explained. But it does get better towards the end, and the plot is explained towards the end, including the motivation behind the crew of the gekko etc...

My Guinea Pig keeps going crazy, Im totally baffled?
I currently have 4 guinea pigs and am a very experienced guinea pig owner (12 years), but I have never come across this before. One of my older males (3 1/2 years roughly) has started "going crazy", this is the only way I can describe it. His temperament is usually very friendly and loving, and although he can be very cheeky and a bit excitable this is totally out of character for him. Last night I was sitting with him on my bed stroking him, and suddenly he stiffened, bolted, and started running around going crazy. And no, he isnt popcorning, this is something he has never done before and he did not seem excited or happy, he seemed more terrified which is odd because he has always been the most fearless guinea pig Ive had. Every time I touched him he flinched and went crazy again. This morning he had another "episode", and although it wasnt as bad as last night Im still extremely worried about him as Ive never seen such a sudden behaviour change in my guinea pigs and Im totally stumped.
Has anybody had this experience with a piggie, and what causes it, and does it mean something is badly wrong with him? Please only serious, genuine answers.

BRILLIANT NEWS! I took Dylan to the vet today, it turns out he has mites and the itching is causing him some distress which is why he was stampeding around madly, and in fact he is not having seizures or any other kind of serious illness. Also, the couple of small lumps he has are non-cancerous which is such a relief! Hes being treated with a mite spot on for the next couple of weeks and is being given a course of anti-stress medication to calm him down. So relieved!
Answer: I think I would go to a vet; I have had lots of guinea pigs before, but they never acted this way. I did have a rabbit though, that acted just how you described your guinea pig. Took him to the vet, and the vet said that he was actually having seizures. I'd suggest a vet ASAP. You don't really know what's wrong, and a lot of diseases, don't manifest till it's pretty advanced. My vet also told me that seizures can affect guinea pigs as well (i had guinea pigs at the same time that I had the rabbit) and it needs immediate treatment. I hope your piggy does well, and gets better! All the best xxxx

Ive Fallen in Love with an Anime/Manga Character?!?
Yeah, I know Im crazy. But Im proud of who I am, so feel free to say falling in love with somebody who isnt real is stupid. I wont give a sh*t.:P
Anyways, I bet yall wanna know who it is Ive fallen in love with. Its been over a year and Im having difficulty just keeping it all bottled up inside. So here goes...
Last year in 2009, when I was 12, I moved to a new state in October. Somewhere around November I got a laptop, and the very first thing I did was look up AMVs (Anime Music Videos) to watch on Youtube. I watched one that contained an anime that I thought looked pretty cool, so when I found out what it was called and found somewhere to watch it, I was automatcially obsessed. That anime/manga is Shugo Chara! by Peach-Pit. Since that day (which I sadly do not remember the date....just sometime in November.XD) Shugo Chara! has remained my all-time favorite anime/manga, and one character has stayed my favorite anime/manga character. That stupid cats name is Ikuto Tsukiyomi. I fell in love with the violin-playing cat created by the almighty Peach-Pit. So I guess you could say thats my story, but theres more to it. Like, some issues...
Since Im extremely shy, I pretty much go a whole day at school without saying a word. I dont really have anybody to hang out with (I have a couple friends but I dont see them too much); I feel extremely lonely. I think my loneliness made me go crazy, but Im not sure.XD I dont know if Im crazy or not, so Id love to hear if anybody else has had this issue. Not just the falling in love with an anime/manga character. Ive kinda created my own little world inside my head. Yknow, all my favorite anime/manga characters are there, and I live in a nice house, all that crap. But we wont go into depth on that because Im already blushing like made and laughing hysterically while I type this.
Back to Ikuto!>////< I cant say his name out loud, I refuse to be a fangirl, I cry when I watch Shugo Chara! Doki, I can barely watch an episode of Shugo Chara! without turning away from the computer and blushing like mad (or giggling stupidly when theres Amuto, AmuXIkuto), and I...guess you could say just melt (Lawlz, that sounds so cheesy) when he speaks. I love his voice. I know its not technically his but I guess thats what my mind wants to believe. I love him, and Im not ashamed to admit it. I dont want this love to ever go away. I dont care if I cry myself to sleep knowing we cant be together. And I know this also sounds cheesy but as long has hes happy with his Amu-chan: Im happy.
Im 13 now, and still do not like going to the hell people call "school" due to my loneliness. Ive thought about suicide, but if I killed myself I wouldnt get to see Ikuto again, now would I?;) So, technically Ikutos kinda saved my life. I love him more than anything and I swear my love for him grows everyday.
Well, I guess what I really wanna know now is youre guys stories about loving somebody whose not real. Id really like to hear about it.^^ Itd be nice to know Im not the only person out there whos gone through the good and bad things about loving somebody who isnt real.
And I have a little catchphrase I came up with. It helps me feel better when I think about never being with the idiot I love.
